Nimble Series | System Design for High-Frequency Clinical Care

加载中... 2025-12-30

In demanding hospital environments, efficiency is defined by mobility, precision, and sustained comfort, not by feature density.

The Nimble Series medical trolleys by Fangge are developed from a clear understanding of real clinical workflows.

Built on a unified structural logic and modular architecture, the Nimble Series supports emergency, anesthesia, infusion, and treatment scenarios with a lightweight, scalable, human-centered system designed for high-frequency clinical use.

Lightweight Structure

All models are based on an all-aluminum Light-weight frame, combining laser-cut components with ABS injection-molded structures to balance strength, impact resistance, and reduced weight.
A fully bolted, weld-free construction ensures long-term structural stability under continuous use.

Ergonomic Design

The working surface maintains a 90°–110° ergonomic angle, supporting natural posture during operation and movement.
A redesigned C-shaped lower clearance improves foot space and enables smoother, more controlled mobility.

Clinical Configurations

· Emergency Trolley (FG-L-01)
Centralized locking and multi-drawer storage support rapid response and standardized replenishment.

· Anesthesia Trolley (FG-L-02)
Transparent flip-type drug boxes and layered drawers enhance visibility, efficiency, and medication safety.

· Infusion Trolley (FG-L-03)
Adjustable IV poles and modular accessories support orderly bedside workflows.

· Treatment Trolleys (FG-L-04 / FG-L-05 / FG-L-06)
Multiple configurations align precisely with different treatment and ward-care routines.

All models are equipped with medical-grade 100 mm silent casters, featuring dual brakes and dual-directional control for stable, precise movement. High-elastic TPR tread and industrial-grade nylon hubs ensure durability, corrosion resistance, and low-noise operation, with a load capacity of ≥50 kg per caster.

Modular System

Designed as an expandable platform, the Nimble Series allows components and accessories to be configured and extended to meet evolving departmental needs.

Conclusion

In complex clinical settings, the best equipment integrates seamlessly into daily work.
With lighter structures, refined mobility, and human-centered design, the Fangge Nimble Series sets a new standard for high-frequency clinical care.
